Whole Brisket

This summer, we are pleased to offer whole briskets shipped to your door for a limited time.

Just like our steaks, our brisket is Certified Angus Beef and hand-trimmed to our exacting specifications, reducing the fat cap to the 1/4 inch Texas barbecue gold standard. It arrives ready to defrost, rub, and smoke.

Each brisket is, on average, 14 to 15 pounds and serves 10+ guests. Includes three tins of our Black Pepper Seasoned Salt with Maldon rub. 

Ships FREE to most of the USA. Order before Tuesday 5/19 at 2 pm central to receive before Memorial Day.
