School tour registration for the 2023-2024 school year is closed. Notification for the 2024-2025 school year will be sent out via email towards the end of the summer.
Thank you so much for you interest in our Taste of Texas 4th grade Texas history tour. Our school tours are given by owner and Texas History expert, Nina Hendee, August-May (no tours in December). The tour begins at 9 am with a short discussion on Taste of Texas and the restaurant industry. That is followed by a tour of our working kitchen (always a student favorite) and then a fun and interactive Texas history lesson. Nina then feeds everyone in attendance (students, parents, teachers, and bus drivers) a lunch of chicken fingers, French fries, and a sprite. You are back on bus and headed back to school no later than 11 am. All of this is at no cost to you; all you have to do is get your students here and back to school. We do have a maximum of 125 attendees per day, but are happy to host you over multiple days if your group exceeds that size.

- Once your Google Form is submitted, we will find the best date for your group based on your request and will send a confirmation email within 24-48 hours with more details on your tour (if you submit on a weekend, we will respond the following week).
