Steak School (June 1, 2024)

Steak School: You’ll learn about USDA grading, trim specifications, the aging process and how to grill a perfect steak every time, and watch as the Taste of Texas team presents a live demonstration of grilling techniques. This makes a wonderful gift Father's Day gift for the steak lovers and grillers in your life.

Cost is $150 plus tax per person, and includes a Complimentary Grilling Apron, and a lunch of a 6 ounce filet, mashed potatoes, green beans, and a dessert.
