Best Texas Quail Bites

Our most popular appetizer! Four skewers of marinated quail breast wrapped in bacon and ready to go on the grill with your steaks.  This Taste of Texas house specialty is a unique treat for the dinner table, a tailgate, or cocktail party.  Succulent quail breasts are marinated overnight and wrapped with a sliver of mild jalapeno and hickory-smoked bacon. Recommended Recipe for Home:  We love to serve these quail bites an easy-to-make dipping sauce: 16 ounces of ranch dressing, 3 pressed garlic gloves, juice of 1/4 lime, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well and serve in a bowl alongside the quail.  (Not included).
