Steak School (March 28, 2026)

This event will be available for purchase beginning Tuesday, December 2nd at 10 a.m. Central.

Steak School: You’ll learn about USDA grading, trim specifications, the aging process and how to grill a perfect steak every time, and watch as Taste of Texas presents a live demonstration of grilling techniques. This makes a wonderful gift for the steak lovers and grillers in your life.

Cost is $150 plus tax per person and includes a lunch of a 6 oz Filet, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans with Almonds and Bacon, and Dessert. Come hungry!
