Since opening its doors in 1977, The Taste of Texas has become famous for selling only the finest quality steak to discriminating connoisseurs. We sell only Certified Angus Beef – the upper 1/3 of Choice and Prime – known the world over for dependable taste, tenderness and quality. Now you can buy steaks online and send that same quality steak nationwide!

1) Marbling – our beef meets the strictest of marbling standards resulting in a consistently full flavored cut.

2) Aging – Most other distributors age their beef less than 14 days. We age our beef 30 to 35 days in a state of the art facility to fully unlock its full flavor and quality.

3) Trim – Our trim specifications result in a tender, juicy, flavorful steak that is as lean as possible.

4) Grilling/Seasoning – Every steak comes with grilling instructions and our famous seasoning.
